These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Storage Cleaner ("the App"), developed and operated by Pivot Master Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Storage Cleaner. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Storage Cleaner is an Android utility application that helps you:
All file scanning and analysis is performed locally on your device. The App does not upload your files to any external server.
Certain advanced features require a Storage Cleaner Premium subscription, available through Google Play.

The App's duplicate detection uses hashing and perceptual comparison algorithms which are highly accurate but not infallible. Final judgment on what to delete remains entirely with you.
By using Storage Cleaner, you agree that you will:
Premium features are available through a subscription purchased via Google Play. By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge the applicable subscription fee to your Google account on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
Where offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We have no control over Google Play's refund decisions.
The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by Pivot Master Apps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not grant you any right to use Pivot Master Apps' trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.
Your content: Files on your device belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your photos, documents, or any other files stored on your device.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIVOT MASTER APPS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.
Your use of Storage Cleaner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We may also release updates that are required for continued use of the App. We are not obligated to provide any updates or to maintain compatibility with any specific version of Android.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Section 14 below.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at pivotmasterapps@gmail.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
