Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Virtual Closet.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first — that is how we check it is you.

It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account: the user ID, email address and display name held by Firebase Authentication.
• The record of how many cutouts and 3D passes the account has used.

That is everything we hold. Your photographs were never stored on our server, so there is nothing of them to delete.

What is not deleted

Your wardrobe stays on your phone. The pictures, cutouts, outfits and calendar live in the app's own storage on the device and were never ours. Deleting your account does not touch them.

To remove those too, delete the app — that removes its storage with it.

Your subscription

A subscription is held by Apple or Google, not by us, and deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions on iOS, or in the Play Store ▸ Subscriptions on Android, or it will keep renewing.

Cannot get into the app?

Write to pivotmasterapps@gmail.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you. We will confirm when it is done.
