Virtual Closet is published by Pivot Master Apps. Using the app means accepting these terms.
Virtual Closet stores a picture of your wardrobe on your phone and helps you build outfits from it. Two features run on a paid third-party service and are metered: cutting a garment out of its background, and redrawing it so it looks worn.
You need an account to use the metered features, so that an allowance can be attached to someone. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings.
Your photographs are yours. We claim no rights over them. We do not use them to train anything, and they are not stored on our servers.
Only upload photographs you are entitled to use.
Cutouts and 3D versions are produced by a generative model. They are approximations: detail can shift, and the result may not match the garment exactly. Your original photograph is always kept so you can go back to it.
Do not attempt to circumvent the allowance, automate requests, resell access, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted service — the image features depend on a third-party API that can fail or change. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
