How do I reach the settings?
Tap the gear on the map and answer the grown-ups' question.
Can I change what my child practises?
Yes: grown-ups' area › Edit setup. The game also adapts by itself after every answer.
The questions aren't read aloud.
Make sure read-aloud is switched on in the setup. The recorded voice for your language downloads the first time the game is opened with an internet connection; until then the device's own voice reads. On Android, check that a text-to-speech voice for your language is installed (Settings › Accessibility › Text-to-speech); on iPhone and iPad, Settings › Accessibility › Spoken Content › Voices.
How do I cancel the subscription?
iPhone and iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Math Knight
(or grown-ups' area › Manage subscription in the app). Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period to stop the next renewal.
Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Math Knight.
I bought Math Knight Pro but the game is locked on a new device.
Open the grown-ups' area and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account that made the purchase.
Delete your data
Math Knight by Pivot Master Apps has no accounts. What it knows about your child - the optional first name, age, chosen skills, progress, stars and settings - is stored only on the phone.
- To delete it: on iPhone and iPad, delete the app (touch and hold its icon › Remove App › Delete App); on Android, Settings › Apps › Math Knight › Storage › Clear storage, or uninstall the app. It is deleted immediately and completely.
- Anonymous analytics and crash reports (Android only - the iPhone and iPad app has none; no name, age or answers) are kept by Google Firebase for up to 14 months (analytics) and 90 days (crash reports), then deleted automatically. To have them deleted sooner, email pivotmasterapps@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Math Knight data"; we act within 30 days.
- Subscriptions are held by the App Store or Google Play; cancel them there (see above).
