1. Agreement
These terms apply to Math Knight ("the app") by Pivot Master Apps. By installing or using the app you - or, for a child, the parent or guardian who installs it - agree to them.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows.
3. Math Knight Pro and payment
The first kingdom is free. Math Knight Pro (every kingdom, the endless journey and all Pro characters) is available in two ways, bought through the App Store on iPhone and iPad or through Google Play on Android:
- Monthly subscription – an auto-renewing subscription with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, then charged every month to your Apple Account or Google Play account at the price shown in the app. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the first month is charged when it ends. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time: on iPhone and iPad in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Lifetime – a single one-time payment that unlocks Math Knight Pro for good on the store account that bought it. Nothing renews.
Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy. Purchases can be restored on a new device with “Restore purchases” in the app. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own terms. Purchases can only be started from behind the in-app parental gate.
On Apple devices, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where it and these terms differ, the EULA applies.
4. Advertising
The app contains no advertising.
5. Educational content
Math Knight is a practice game that adapts to a child's answers. It is not a substitute for a teacher, and we make no promise about any particular learning outcome.
6. Privacy
How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pivot Master Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the "last updated" date above shows the latest version. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
